If you are not satisfied with the quality of our repair or maintenance services, please contact us within 14 days of the service date.
We will review your concerns, inspect the work performed, and, if necessary, reperform the service at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility for Services
Refunds for services are only offered in cases where errors or oversights by our team cannot be resolved through reinspection or rework.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service date.
Refunds for Defective Parts
If a part installed by our team is found to be defective within its warranty period, we will replace the part at no charge.
Refunds for defective parts will only be offered if a replacement is not available.
Warranty Information
Our labor warranty covers workmanship defects for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Warranty repairs must be completed at our facility and do not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the part. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Exclusions
Refunds, returns, or rework are not available for the following:
Repairs performed without recommended parts or services, as outlined in your estimate.
Failures caused by misuse, neglect, or additional damage after the repair.
Repairs performed by third parties after service from our facility.
